Same-Day Delivery
Monday - Friday
For same-day delivery to apply orders must be in before 2:00pm, Orders made after this time will be delivered on next day delivery.
Orders to areas outside Launceston’s city limits may be delivered the next day due to limited courier services to these areas. Refer to the map at the bottom of the page to ensure delivery is possible in your area.
Saturday
Orders must be received before 10:00am in order to qualify for same-day delivery, Orders made after this time will be delivered on the next business day.

Sundays and Public Holidays
These cut off times do not apply to busy periods such as (but not limited to) Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas.
There are no deliveries on Sundays or Public Holidays. Orders received for these dates will be delivered on the next available business day.
Not Home or Unable to Deliver
In the event that the recipient is not home to receive their gift, Our couriers will leave the item in a safe location if possible at the delivery address.
In the event that there is no safe location to leave the item, Our couriers will return the item to the store where we will contact the recipient or buyer to confirm a collection time.
Orders Containing Alcohol
Alcohol is available through our online store as an add-on to our flowers and/or plants. Alcohol delivery is subject to our State Liquor Laws. You must be 18 years or older to receive alcohol. In the event that no one is home, Orders with alcohol will be returned to the store.
What you can do to make sure your order is delivered successfully
It is important to us that you receive the best possible service however there are some important steps you can take to make sure we can do that.
Take your time to fill out the check out forms correctly, please ensure that both the buyer and recipients contact information is available and accurate. This helps us ensure that your gift can be delivered if any problems do arise.
If delivering to a business address please include a business name.
When delivering to Units/Apartments it is essential the we have the contact number of the recipient to ensure a safe delivery, If there is no where safe to leave the gift and no contact has been successfully made it will be returned to the store where it will be available for the buyer or recipient to collect.
