Delivery Policy

Orders must be received before 2:00pm Monday – Friday, and before 10:00am Saturdays. Orders received after these times will be delivered the next day.

Orders to areas outside Launceston’s city limits will incur an extra $10.00 fee. These orders may be delivered the next day due to limited courier services to these areas.

These cut off times do not apply to busy periods such as (but not limited to) Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas. 

There are no deliveries on Sundays or Public Holidays. Orders received for these dates will be delivered on the next available business day.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer same-day delivery to some locations due to remoteness. Some deliveries may be required to be collected from the store, if this is the case the recipient will be notified. Therefore, we require the recipient’s contact phone number.


In the situation that the recipient is not at home to accept, our couriers will leave the item in a secure location if available. Where a secure location cannot be identified, then the courier will leave a “not at home” card in the letterbox of the delivery address, and the flowers will be returned to the store. Redelivery will incur an additional delivery fee.

While we try to deliver your order at the requested times, this is not always possible to guarantee. There are often local reasons why your order can not be delivered within your preferred time frame (for example, courier delivery times). If the flowers are for a timed event (such as a wedding or funeral), we strongly recommend giving us several days’ notice to achieve delivery prior to the event.

Deliveries including alcohol are subject to Tasmanian Liquor Laws. A person must be 18 years or older to order or receive deliveries including alcohol. In the case a recipient is not at home, a delivery including alcohol cannot be left.

We do not accept deliveries to PO Boxes or LOCKED BAGS. Deliveries to rural route addresses, secured buildings or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

Substitution Policy

We reserve the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions due to practical and seasonal availability. As a result, it may be necessary to substitute some or all of your flowers or change the colour palette using a mix of our freshest in-store blooms. This may happen even when you have selected a specific design from our website. We will always do our best to create something as close as possible to the design you have ordered but at times this might not be possible.

Florist Choice.

In selecting Florist Choice, you are accepting that our florist will create a unique bouquet or arrangement using the freshest seasonal blooms available. Requests for specific flowers or colours cannot be met. Discussion relating to styling/colour palette/taste not meeting the customer or recipient’s expectations will not be entered into.
